Garden Gate produces eighteen blends of herbs, spices and other ingredients.  Each has a recipe to produce the dish the blend is named after.

When I was young, my summers were spent on the coast of British Columbia on a homestead farm where the herb patch was planted near the Garden Gate.

Today, I chef the internationally renowned "Laughing Oyster Restaurant", at Okeover inlet in Desolation Sound.  Garden Gate is a collection of herb & spice blends that are quick and easy to use, complete with recipes.  Each blend produces it's own dish but with a little imagination the possibilities are endless. I use only natural ingredients which gives each dish a fresh flavour, not that commercial bottled taste.
